How to launch application that downloaded NOT from Mac App Store
1.Method
1.Open downloaded app.
2.Open System preferences.
3.After open "Security & Privacy".
4.In section "Allow apps downloaded from" press button "Open Anyway"
5.In showed window when ask you to launch app, press "Open" to start install.

Open terminal and perform command
sudo spctl --master-disable
